Sixty S.p.a., based in Colonnella (TE), Via Roma no. 11, as the holder of treatment (herein called Holder) informs you that all personal data, provided by those people concerned through this collection means, will be treated fairly and correctly according to those principles stated by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
Aims and Ways of carrying out Treatment
The collection of data and their following treatment are carried out by the Holder at the Company headquarters, in accordance with all security measures and rules provided by the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, or by those people (appropriately selected and professionally suitable) appointed by the Holder through manual and electronic procedures aiming at the execution of customers’ requests in order to guarantee the correct customer management when promoting and selling products, to offer post-selling assistance, to guarantee the satisfaction of customers’ preferences, to satisfy their expectations, to guarantee the good management of production and stock, for statistical processing, to define customers’ likings, preferences, habits, and satisfaction; to send trade information or promotional material; for direct marketing campaigns; to take part to games, competitions or awarding operations; to supply those services for customers’ protection; for market researches and other procedures directly or indirectly connected with marketing operations.
Kind of provision
The treatment of personal data, phone numbers and electronic data is necessary to satisfy and process customers’ requests. Their provision is consequently compulsory; if these data are not provided or granted, the treatment will not be carried out. It is stressed that wrong or inadequate data may result in the total or partial execution of the requests of those concerned and the eventual non-correspondence of the treatment results, if compared with the previous agreements or the obligations provided by rules and regulations.
Communication and Transmission
Those data treated are solely of common nature and are not intended for transmission. The Holder does not require and is not interested in collecting and treating those data which are sensitive or judicial.
Personal data will be transmitted to third parties to carry out those duties determined by the law or regulations (Institutions, the Police, judicial authorities, and so on) or for the activity directly or indirectly connected with the existing relationship. By way of example, but not exhaustive, those third parties are as follows:
- Those people having to access data of those people concerned for objectives referred to the relationship with the Holder (banks, holding companies, couriers, and so on);
- Consultants and collaborators for such restrictions as are strictly necessary in order to carry out their task conferred by the Holder;
- Affiliated and/or controlled companies which may access data for such restrictions as are strictly necessary to carry out auxiliary tasks;
- Other companies of Sixty group: Sixty S.p.a., Sixty Italy Retail S.p.a., Sixty Surplus Division Srl, Murphy & Nye Italy Retail S.p.a.; Sixty Factory S.p.a., Sixty Active S.p.a., Cruz S.r.l., Sixty Log. S.r.l., Sixty International S.p.a., Revi S.r.l., Wash Italia S.r.l., Sixty Help Onlus.
The treatment will be also carried out beyond the cessation of the main relationship, in accordance with the regulations concerning deeds and documents to let future relationships be established, and to guarantee the recording of data in the interest of the customer, too.
In the Holder’s sphere, personal data will be treated by the following departments: Chairman, Managing Secretariat, Administration & Finance, Italian Debt Collection, Foreign Debt Collection, Retail, Marketing, Franchising, Sales & Communication, Footwear Department, Junior, Miss60, Energie, Operations Management, Quality Management, Foreign Sales Department, Italian Sales Department, Management Control (outsourcing at Sixty S.p.a.), Human Resources (outsourcing at Sixty S.p.a.), Electronic Systems (outsourcing at Sixty S.p.a.), Planning (outsourcing at Sixty S.p.a.), Legal Affairs (outsourcing at Sixty S.p.a.).
Rights of those people concerned
The rights provided by Art. 7 and following of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 are applied to those concerned, in particular the rights of accessing one’s own personal data; getting any amendment, update, and erasure, if incomplete, wrong, or collected as an infringement of the Law; objecting to the treatment for legal as well as relevant reasons addressing the request of objection to the Holder or those people in charge of treatment.

Art. 7, Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003
Rights of accessing personal data and other rights
1. Those people concerned have the right to get the confirmation of the existence of their own personal data, even if not recorded yet, and the communication written intelligibly.
2. Those people concerned have the right to get the note explaining:
a) the source of their own personal data;
b) the aims and ways of treatment;
c) the procedure having been chosen with reference to those treatments carried out thanks to electronic instruments;
d) the identification data concerning the Holder, those people in charge of treatment and the representative in accordance with Art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) those people or categories of people who may receive personal data or may know them as national representatives, or because in charge.
3. Those people concerned have the right to get:
a) any update, amendment or, if of interest, integration of data;
b) any erasure, modification in an anonymous way, or blocking of data, which have been processed as an infringement of the Law, including those data whose storage is not necessary, with reference to the aims for which all data have been collected or then processed;
c) the confirmation that all what stated at points a) and b), its content included, are known by those people all data have been communicated or transmitted to, except for those situations where such a fulfilment is impossible, or if it brings about a use of resources which is really excessive if compared to the protected right.
4. Those people concerned have the right to object totally or partly:
a) for relevant reasons to the treatment of personal data with reference to the purpose of data collection;
b) to the treatment of personal data used for advertising or direct selling aims, for market researches or commercial communications.
